The role ensures ASPICE-compliant processes, supports project reviews, monitors deviations, escalates issues, and facilitates successful transfer to serial production support.

Lead cross-functional automotive stamping programs from product development through launch and production. Responsibilities include developing program plans, managing milestones, budgets, tooling, equipment suppliers, risks, customer expectations, and stakeholder communications. Partner with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, finance, and suppliers to achieve timing, quality, cost, and business objectives. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements, audit standards, APQP, FMEA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.

Lead and support engineering sub-projects to meet technical, cost, and quality targets. Plan and maintain schedules, identify critical path and risks, coordinate teams, manage budgets and resource planning, run GPMS/ASPICE gate reviews, support audits, and ensure transfer to serial production.

Owns supplier Product Change Notifications from assessment through closure. Reviews supplier documentation, validates timing and risks, coordinates cross-functional stakeholder input, facilitates assessment meetings, tracks actions and PPAP requirements, manages Change Requests in Windchill/PLM, confirms affected plants and programs, provides status reporting and escalations, and ensures compliance with change control standards and customer requirements.

Leads multiple concurrent finance process transitions into Magna’s Global Business Services organization. Oversees assessment, knowledge transfer, cutover, stabilization, and handoff across AP, AR, and GL processes. Coordinates finance, GBS, IT, HR, and entity teams; manages governance, stakeholder reporting, risks, KPIs, process standardization, continuous improvement, and automation opportunities. Requires strong project management, finance operations, ERP, stakeholder engagement, and influence-based leadership skills, with international travel of approximately 20–50%.

Coordinate local and international procurement projects by tracking progress, maintaining project data, preparing status reports, consolidating requirements, managing change requests, optimizing system-supported processes, and training purchasing employees on project-specific software. The role requires commercial or technical education, project-management understanding, strong Excel skills, fluent English, analytical communication, and a structured approach.
