Own SAP, MES, and core application roadmaps, enforce standardization, reduce technical debt, govern integrations and data, support compliance and audit readiness, partner with regional IT for deployments, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across divisions.

Own and drive end-to-end automotive powertrain programs from award through production. Lead global cross-functional teams to meet timing, quality, cost, and customer objectives. Manage program plans, budgets, risks, suppliers, change control, production readiness, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and company standards.

Manage new and existing automotive programs within a manufacturing facility: coordinate suppliers, tooling and parts, ensure cost/delivery/quality targets, prepare piece and tooling quotations, and provide technical launch support at customer assembly locations.

Lead and deliver complex IT projects and strategic initiatives across functions, managing scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality. Align projects with IT/business strategy, drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption. Mentor project managers, support portfolio planning, and improve PMO processes and governance.
