Group Summary:Für ein internationales Projekt suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Projektmanager Produktion (m/w/x). Im Rahmen dieser Position ist eine projektbezogene Entsendung in die USA vorgesehen.
In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die produktionsseitige Projektleitung von der Industrialisierung bis zum erfolgreichen Serienanlauf. Dabei stellst du die Erreichung der Termin-, Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Reifegradziele sicher und koordinierst die relevanten Produktions- und Querschnittsfunktionen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung der produktionsseitigen Projektumfänge
- Aufbau und Steuerung der Produktionsprojektorganisation sowie fachliche Führung des Produktionsteams
- Sicherstellung der Produktions- und Industrialisierungsziele hinsichtlich Kosten, Termine, Qualität und Ressourcen
- Koordination der Produktionsbereiche sowie der relevanten Schnittstellen zu Engineering, Qualität, Logistik, Einkauf und Controlling
- Planung, Abstimmung und Nachverfolgung der produktionsbezogenen Arbeitspakete, Gate-Deliverables, Entscheidungen und Meilensteine
- Steuerung der Produktionskonzepte, Betriebsmittel- und Anlagenumsetzung sowie der Vorbereitung von Aufbau-, Erprobungs- und Anlaufphasen
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Eskalation von Risiken, Änderungen und Zielabweichungen einschließlich Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen sowie Verantwortung für das produktionsbezogene Änderungs- und Claim-Management
- Reporting an Programmleitung und Management sowie Vertretung der Produktion gegenüber internen und externen Projektpartnern
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Produktion, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen im Automotive-Umfeld und der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit in komplexen Fahrzeugprojekten
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projektzielen, Terminen, Budgets, Ressourcen, Risiken und Änderungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Reportingmethoden; Erfahrung mit Reifegrad- oder Gate-Modellen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu einer mehrjährigen projektbezogenen Entsendung in die USA

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt.
Für die ausgeschriebene Position ist ein All‑In Jahresbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit von mindestens €120.000 p.a. inklusive variabler Gehaltsbestandteile vorgesehen. Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden!

Skills Required
- Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification focused on production, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or industrial engineering
- Several years of project management experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive production processes and cross-functional collaboration in complex vehicle projects
- Experience managing project objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and changes
- Strong communication, organizational, and assertiveness skills
- Proficiency with project management and reporting methods
- Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to undertake a multi-year project assignment in the United States
- Experience with maturity-level or gate models
- Strong leadership skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Initiative, structured working style, and decisiveness
