Lead an Integrated Product Team delivering AWACS ground and mission system upgrades. Manage CAMs, develop integrated plans, oversee cost/schedule/risk performance, coordinate cross-functional engineering and suppliers, and build stakeholder relationships while driving process improvements.

Lead cost account management for the USAF E-7 program, overseeing EVMS execution, WBS/cost accumulation, forecasts/EAC, variance and trend analysis, audits, change management, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring project control staff to ensure baseline integrity and program performance.

Lead integrated execution of the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program labs IPT, managing engineering, scheduling, lab operations, EVM-based cost/schedule performance, stakeholder relationships, and continuous PM best-practice improvements while supervising and developing staff.
