Serve as strategic advisor to the COO driving execution of priority Operations initiatives. Translate strategy into execution plans, lead cross-functional programs (supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics), develop governance, dashboards, and operating rhythms, remove execution risks, support transformation and scalable operating models, and prepare executive/board materials. Role requires APAC travel and strong stakeholder influence to accelerate decision-making and delivery.
