  • Diagnose structural, process, and capability gaps across functions; design scalable, sustainable solutions with clear owners and mechanisms.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions ("hacks"), workshops, and design sessions to unlock priority outcomes.
  • Partner with our Business and Tech leaders to define and steward a prioritized AI enablement roadmap - identifying high-ROI use cases, partnering with tech and functional leads on adoption, and building organizational capability to work effectively alongside AI tools.

Enterprise Performance Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Diagnose systemic productivity barriers across processes and functions.
  • Partner with functional leads to deliver annual OpEx and SG&A productivity improvements.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to influence direction, resolve organizational friction, and accelerate alignment.
  • Drive execution against initiatives through structured workstreams, KPIs, and execution plans that drive measurable business results. Provide thought leadership and drive momentum.
  • Establish enterprise-wide operating rhythms that reinforce accountability, transparency, and rapid decision-making that sustain "beyond the project".
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Product Development, Finance, and other key business functions to identify, pilot, and scale AI and automation use cases that drive measurable productivity gains and build lasting AI fluency across the organization.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 12+ years in business transformation, consulting, performance improvement, or similar strategic leadership roles.

  • Expertise in KPI design, operating rhythms, productivity measurement, and performance governance.
  • Hands-on experience driving AI adoption and automation in a business context - from use case identification and vendor/tool evaluation through change management and measured ROI. Enterprise AI deployment experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluency with the current AI tools landscape (e.g., enterprise copilots, workflow automation, generative AI for productivity) and the ability to translate AI capabilities into business cases and adoption roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication, synthesis, executive presence, and the ability to simplify complexity for decision-makers.
  • Consumer products experience a plus.
