Lead end-to-end execution of GM’s EV Software and Electronics Platform from requirements and architecture through vehicle integration, validation, launch, and post-launch follow-through. Establish integrated plans, ownership, dependencies, readiness criteria, risk mitigation, and recovery actions. Coordinate software, hardware, vehicle, quality, manufacturing, and supplier organizations; drive cross-functional issue resolution and executive decisions. Lead platform readiness and launch activities while managing and developing APEMs and improving execution systems, metrics, and organizational clarity.

Coordinates AV fleet service operations, maintenance, repairs, retrofits, technician assignments, training, inventory, tooling, and site readiness. Tracks work orders, risks, dependencies, fleet readiness, and completion evidence across multiple sites. Partners with technicians, engineers, suppliers, Fleet Management, and reliability teams to resolve issues and improve standardized service processes. Supports safe post-collision return-to-service workflows and readiness for software-defined vehicle architectures.

Supports planning, execution, governance, and delivery of international light tactical wheeled vehicle programs. Coordinates engineering, operations, finance, contracts, and customer stakeholders while managing schedules, requirements, risks, issues, changes, resources, deliverables, and program communications. Develops dashboards and status reports, supports milestone reviews, improves PMO processes, and helps ensure contractual compliance and cross-functional alignment. The role requires frequent international travel and substantial experience managing complex programs.
