Supports annual digital deployment planning for Caterpillar dealers by maintaining deployment roadmaps, coordinating dealer and product teams, tracking milestones and risks, facilitating launches, and escalating issues. Serves as a trusted advisor to dealers, communicates technical requirements and business value, supports implementations and migrations, manages dependencies and change control, and program-manages assigned digital initiatives. Requires strong stakeholder management, reporting, facilitation, and technology deployment experience, with travel up to 25%.
