Leads and coordinates cable testing projects, including scope definition, laboratory scheduling, customer support, technical issue resolution, certification guidance, status communications, and project documentation. Supports sales with project specifications, costs, timelines, and sample requirements while driving continuous process improvement. The role may involve travel for witness testing and industry events.

Supports product sustainability certification and environmental claim validation projects, including ECOLOGO, EPEAT, Zero Waste to Landfill, Recycled Content, and Bio-Based Content programs. Responsibilities include reviewing customer documentation, evaluating compliance with sustainability standards, analyzing data and test results, communicating technical requirements, maintaining project records, coordinating with global teams, and supporting certification renewals and milestones.

Leads the Global Technology portfolio management function, establishing governance, intake, prioritization, investment decision-making, and portfolio execution processes. Partners with executives, finance, business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to align technology investments with strategy, capacity, risk, and value objectives. Oversees portfolio health, dependencies, reporting, dashboards, benefits realization, and continuous improvement while managing direct reports and escalating significant risks and resource constraints.
