As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee product development for Order Processing, manage the roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Lead design and delivery of Tempus' Data Platform capabilities for secure, scalable healthcare data ingestion, interoperability, and real-time exchange. Define product strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, and requirements; partner with engineering, ML teams, and partners; improve API integrations, data transformation, observability, and operational controls for on‑premises and cloud deployments.

This role involves driving end-to-end product ownership, engaging in customer research, designing user experiences, and developing solutions using AI tools.

Own the product roadmap for a subset of products, collaborate with scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver stable, scalable releases. Use product analytics to guide roadmaps, manage stakeholders and timelines, test release candidates, lead operational change management, and maintain user communication and a prioritized backlog.
