Translate product strategy into roadmaps and deliver customer-focused solutions for traditional OOH workflows.

Own the direction and roadmap for Benchling’s Schemas platform, including schema types, computed fields, fieldsets, constraints, static properties, and data versioning. Develop customer personas and jobs-to-be-done, translate customer needs into product requirements, and partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and other product teams. Champion structured data as the foundation for AI capabilities while balancing platform stability with incremental delivery.

Own the roadmap and product experience for ingesting, processing, governing, and connecting client data. Partner with engineering teams, employers, and integration partners to identify needs, develop products, define success metrics, and launch features. Build prototypes and ship minor enhancements end to end while ensuring data quality, speed, security, and effective reporting for healthcare payment and client outcomes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise governance and admin features (data retention, audit logging, RBAC, ethical walls, APIs).
