Lead voice-of-customer insights, product development, commercialization, S&OP inputs, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, technology, manufacturing, and operations. Drive revenue growth, market share, margin expansion, and successful new product launches in a technical B2B environment.

Owns and prioritizes team backlogs, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, leads refinement and iteration planning, and supports predictable value delivery. Coaches emerging Product Owners on prioritization, story slicing, decision rights, flow discipline, and modern product practices. Partners with Product Managers, Agile professionals, engineers, and stakeholders to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, improve team maturity, and promote outcome-based product operating models.

Owns product development lifecycles for aerospace and defense product lines, translating leadership direction into actionable engineering work. Coordinates hardware, software, and systems integration; develops conceptual designs and integration documentation; monitors lab activities, risks, and progress; supports prototyping, system bring-up, testing, technical reviews, demonstrations, and field activities. Collaborates with engineering managers and multidisciplinary teams across predictive maintenance, logistics, and communications portfolios.

Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Quindar’s Mission Planning capabilities across Plan and Portal products. Translate mission objectives into executable spacecraft and ground operations plans, improve scheduling and constraint-aware automation, and design workflows for diverse mission stakeholders. Conduct user research, define requirements and success metrics, collaborate with engineering and design, and lead prioritization, launch, and iteration for complex technical products.

Own the developer experience for software-defined radio and space communications development kits. Lead BSPs, source code distribution, firmware workflows, documentation, reference projects, tooling, automation, and release quality. Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, embedded, and applications engineering teams, gather customer feedback, and translate it into platform improvements. The role requires strong embedded or FPGA platform experience, C/C++ proficiency, embedded Linux or RTOS knowledge, Git, CI/CD, and hardware/software interface expertise.

Administer and optimize Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms supporting space-station development. Responsibilities include configuration, governance, integrations, plugin management, Groovy scripting, workflow automation, migrations, troubleshooting, documentation, user support, and stakeholder requirements gathering. The role provides technical guidance, improves platform adoption, and ensures scalable, secure, compliant systems.

Own the connection between Planet’s shared platform and Defense & Intelligence solutions. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to translate defense workflows into reusable platform capabilities, prioritize mission requirements, scale demand intake, and develop a D&I product roadmap. Drive vertical product strategy for Global Monitoring Service and Maritime Domain Awareness offerings, balancing technical trade-offs, customer needs, operational impact, and long-term procurement models.

Own a product area end-to-end for a secure defense engineering data platform: define success, build roadmaps, conduct customer research, write specs, work with senior engineers, and communicate with senior stakeholders to deliver coherent, secure products that move engineering models and simulations across classified and cross-corporate boundaries.
