Lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and business outcomes for HiBob’s Workforce Planning module. Conduct customer research, define priorities and KPIs, guide the product lifecycle from discovery through iteration, and collaborate with R&D, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Security, and other product leaders. The role focuses on workforce planning, headcount and position management, data-driven decision-making, customer value, and retention.

Own and grow a strategic Core HR product domain for a global B2B SaaS platform. Lead discovery, roadmap definition, product delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration. Translate complex HR data, workflows, configuration, compliance, and operational needs into intuitive, scalable experiences. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal, Security, and senior stakeholders while using analytics and customer feedback to prioritize work and measure business impact.

Own the AI platform roadmap and develop reusable capabilities such as retrieval, embeddings, scoring, and agent tooling. Partner with engineering, data, and product teams on architecture, governance, evaluation, monitoring, safety, cost, and transparency. Enable adoption of AI capabilities across products, improve developer experience, and establish standards for building reliable AI systems in production.
