Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the marketing technology stack (CMS, CDP, AdTech, CRM). Partner with labels, engineering, and vendors to drive adoption, privacy-compliant data flows, AI-enabled personalization, and measurement. Manage cross-functional programs, vendor relationships, budgeting, and process improvements to improve player experience and marketing effectiveness.

Own and prioritize a platform tools backlog, conduct stakeholder discovery, write user stories with success criteria, partner with engineering and vendors, drive experiments and data-driven outcomes, communicate progress across teams, and participate in Agile ceremonies to increase adoption and time-to-value.
