The Challenge
We are looking for an expert Senior Product Lead to revolutionize Take-Two's global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) financial technology architecture. This position owns the definition, modernization, and scaling of global enterprise tools that power procurement workflows, supplier management, sourcing, and accounts payable processing. You will optimize the operational efficiency of our backend systems, ensuring absolute compliance and global fluidity across all business units.
What You’ll Take On
- Lead the comprehensive global product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for the end-to-end global Procure-to-Pay.
- Exercise broad decision-making authority to harmonize complex global accounting, tax, and procurement requirements into streamlined digital workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Global Procurement, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and external technical consultants to eliminate system friction and drive process automation.
- Drive cross-functional solutions for enterprise system integrations (ERP systems, third-party vendor platforms, and banking portals).
- Provide strategic guidance and mentor cross-functional agile squads to uphold exceptional execution standards.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise financial systems engineering or fintech product portfolios, with a specialized emphasis on global supply chains or procurement.
- Advanced technical insight into major enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle) and dedicated P2P software solutions (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer), and modern Intake/Orchestration platforms (e.g. Zip, ORO, etc.)
- Demonstrated mastery of complex multi-entity transactions, localized global compliance standards, and internal corporate controls (SOX).
- Superb structural problem-solving abilities and a history of transforming dense administrative processes into intuitive digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,200 and $182,360 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
