Partner with engineering and product teams to design scalable, reliable APIs, drive adoption and monetization, track platform health metrics, prioritize investments, and deliver developer tooling and documentation to reduce integration friction and enable portfolio-wide reuse.

Lead zero-to-one product development and roadmap for a new medication-access solution, owning discovery, launch, analytics, and integration across providers, pharmacies, patients, and pharma partners. Drive automation, AI-enabled features, workflow optimization, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, customer success and commercial teams to improve cycle times, throughput, and patient outcomes.

Manage product lifecycle and growth for Individual Segment dental and market-facing products. Drive enhancements, develop benefit designs and business cases, partner cross-functionally to launch compliant, operationally feasible products, monitor performance, and recommend strategies to balance growth, customer value, compliance, and profitability.

Own and prioritize HRSD (ServiceNow) functional backlog, translate business needs into epics/features/user stories, partner with technical product owner, validate delivered solutions, and drive improvements in self-service adoption, Tier 1 effectiveness, and overall HR service performance.

Own the roadmap for clinical documentation and adjacent practice workflows (tasking, document management, messaging). Define requirements, manage features through lifecycle, run releases/alpha-beta, collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, clinical SMEs and customers, and champion AI tools to increase velocity and quality.
