Design, architect, test, and demonstrate Windchill and ThingWorx solutions for DoD customers. Translate business requirements into technical/process solutions, support integrations, perform testing and debugging, develop documentation, provide end-user training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and PTC support to deliver PLM/ThingWorx implementations.

Lead research defining fabric's AI shopping roadmap: design and run quantitative studies, build models and benchmarks for AI search (AEO/GEO), run experiments, translate findings into customer-facing insights, and publish research to influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Serve as the primary executive contact for Spend Management members, building C-suite relationships to drive savings, growth, and strategic account plans. Lead solution development, quarterly business reviews, contract performance, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Lead end-to-end management of Fortune 500 accounts, build C-suite relationships (CLOs/GCs), own P&L and ARR targets, drive adoption of Eudia's AI legal platform, coordinate cross-functional teams for delivery, and advocate product value to secure retention and expansion.
