Provides end-to-end account and relationship support for customers, including order entry, inquiries, accounts receivable support, issue resolution, customer communication, and upsell identification. Design, implement, and optimize personalized digital experiences using experimentation platforms. Perform detailed physical design and layout analysis of AI/datacenter ICs (GPUs, CPUs, accelerators). Read floorplans, standard-cell fabrics, analog blocks, and packaging; run teardown and characterization workflows; interpret layout trade-offs, DTCO/STCO interactions, and infer architecture from die imagery. Co-author technical research and expand lab capabilities.

Leads enterprise portfolio resource planning, intake, prioritization, governance, and capacity forecasting. Advises executives on portfolio sequencing, resource constraints, tradeoffs, risks, and strategic alignment. Oversees cross-project conflict resolution, scenario modeling, executive steering committee meetings, portfolio reporting, and governance follow-through. Develops recommendations for staffing, hiring, and skill development across organizational initiatives.

Assist clients who requested information about life and financial protection coverage. Review their needs, present available options, guide them through the application process, maintain follow-up communication, and build long-term client relationships. The role provides warm leads, training, client management tools, and coaching. Compensation is based on client sales and results.
