Manage full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM and forecast, partner with Merchant Success and cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs to drive revenue growth.

Own and grow a Mid Market book of existing clients by building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, managing renewals, and collaborating with Analytics and Product to deliver performance-driven marketing solutions and meet revenue targets.

Lead execution of external and internal communications including PR, digital channels, executive counsel, crisis communications, and content creation. Develop metrics, manage vendors, set standards for visual storytelling, and collaborate across Marketing, HR, and business units to promote GEHAs brand and community investment strategy.
