The Sales Representative will prospect and onboard home improvement contractors to LHI's financing platform, focusing on maintaining active dealer relationships and ensuring smooth transactions.

Design and build full-stack features and services from design through production. Collaborate across product, design, QA, and engineers to deliver maintainable, well-tested code. Own architecture and API design, work cloud-native (GCP/AWS/Azure), leverage CI/CD and IaC, and raise engineering quality through reviews and pragmatic technical leadership.

Lead development of ceiling fan controls and systems including AC/DC/BLDC motor controls, RF/Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth smart-home integration, PCB and 3D CAD design, prototyping and testing, supplier coordination, performance optimization (airflow, noise, energy), compliance, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting post-production troubleshooting.

Manage front-office operations for a service center including payroll and HR administration, accounts receivable/payable and cash handling, training and monitoring staff on SOPs, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Lead and grow the ecommerce engineering organization, own delivery and modernization of commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, headless/composable), ensure reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence, drive cross-functional partnerships, vendor management, and adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices.

Provide remote and on-site technical support for multifunction printers and scanners by troubleshooting network connectivity (TCP/IP), using remote-access tools, communicating with customers, and coordinating with sales and field technicians to resolve issues.

Participate in branch management training covering customer service, sales, HR, P&L and budget preparation, reporting tools, inventory and fleet maintenance, and safety/OSHA/DOT compliance; assist Branch Manager and relocate into a branch management role upon completion.

Manage new customer account setup and onboarding documentation, validate customer and financial information, coordinate with credit, field sales, and internal teams, enter and track data using internal systems and Excel, troubleshoot account and billing issues, provide timely status updates, and contribute to process improvements to ensure accurate, efficient account activation.

Implement and support benefits-related software (low-to-moderate complexity) including configuration, testing, QA, troubleshooting, training, and customer communication. Collaborate with account teams, carriers, and vendors, and provide post-implementation support.

Manage electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout: bid takeoffs and estimating, budgeting and financial reporting, subcontractor coordination, schedule and quality oversight, scope control and change orders, stakeholder communication, team leadership, and business development to ensure profitable project delivery.
