Provide regulatory legal counsel to ensure compliance with federal and state mortgage lending laws (TILA/Reg Z, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA). Develop and amend policies and procedures, maintain a Mavent Compliance Guide, collaborate with EVP and business stakeholders to create LOS (Encompass) compliance solutions, and report recommendations to leadership.

Collaborate with lawyers, practice groups, marketing, and finance to inform pricing strategy and improve revenue performance.

Work with Outside Sales to review specs and one-line diagrams, create quotes in QuickPack and CRM, request vendor quotes, send/refresh customer quotes, prepare projects for Project Management, and participate in handoff and strategy meetings.

Manage and maintain asset allocation model portfolios and equity SMA strategies across client accounts. Monitor drift, cash needs, and allocation tolerances; execute rebalancing and implement new accounts. Maintain portfolio and model data in PM/trading systems, oversee UMAs and custodial platforms (Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing), coordinate with trading, operations, and wealth teams, and drive process improvements, automation, and scalability.

Support investment operations by onboarding and maintaining accounts, processing trades and settlements, reconciling platforms, managing security setup and restrictions, responding to investment and trading queries, preparing composite returns and fact sheets, maintaining investment documents, and driving process improvements.
