Troubleshoot performance issues, tune systems, manage storage/tape, workloads, databases, middleware and batch/transaction processing. Develop automation, runbooks, documentation, participate in on-call incident response, and follow ITIL change management. Support firmware/Plateau installations and SCMS II configuration, and collaborate with teams and customers for disaster recovery and continuous service improvement.
