Serves as the technical interface among Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure component quality for production and new product development. Investigates supplier failures, drives 8D/SCAR/CAPA corrective actions, supports MRB activities, monitors supplier performance, manages component lifecycle risks, maintains BOM integrity, conducts supplier audits, qualifies alternate parts and new suppliers, supports NPI readiness, and analyzes quality data to drive continuous improvement.
