Build and execute paid social strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue across multiple brands. Launch, monitor, and optimize full-funnel campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. Own KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV), run creative tests with the creative team, segment audiences using first-/third-party data, analyze performance, produce reporting decks, and support budget forecasting and platform innovation.

Drive territory sales by acquiring new accounts and growing existing retail partners. Manage merchandising, replenishment, and product introductions. Use Power BI, SPS Commerce, Cadence UQ, and CRM to forecast, report, and maintain pipeline. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Care, and FXR for technical sales support. Travel regionally and nationally (~50%) for account visits, tradeshows, and events to meet sales targets.

Lead a pod as technical owner of core, scalable production systems: define architecture, improve reliability and processes, lead planning/releases, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
