Own and automate IT workflows and SaaS integrations (identity, collaboration, core business apps). Configure SSO and identity protocols, maintain DNS and email security, troubleshoot endpoints and apps, support SOC 2/SOX compliance, document standards, and partner cross-functionally to scale reliable, secure IT systems.

Support Strategic Accounts by developing and maintaining Health System/IDN/GPO bids, renewals, and proposals. Serve as liaison to customers, assist with contract administration, compliance, pricing analysis, financial impact reports, query/report development, trend analysis, and process improvements. Compose technical correspondence and act for manager as needed.

Manage all phases of subcontract administration including acquisition planning, cost analysis, negotiations, compliance, and closeout. Support proposal evaluations and maintain subcontract files, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Implement and optimize GTM systems across sales and marketing: integrate CRMs, automate lead generation/enrichment, build dashboards, support outbound campaigns, maintain data pipelines, and troubleshoot GTM tools to improve pipeline efficiency.

Own and optimize Care Center website operations on Drupal, manage support queue and vendors, escalate and resolve complex technical issues, track KPIs, support online scheduling rollout and related digital projects (SEO, ORM, DAM).

Provide virtual administrative coordination for summer study abroad programs: manage master calendar, organize travel itineraries, academics, excursions, meals and activities, and run daily online staff meetings to ensure flawless execution of tasks and checklists.

Manage and audit product catalog data across e-commerce platforms and CMS, optimize listings for SEO and platform rules, correct listing errors, support taxonomy and attribute structures, analyze catalog performance, and collaborate with marketing and design to improve digital merchandising.
