Provide senior-level remote IT support and operations for a distributed workforce: troubleshoot macOS/Windows/Linux/mobile, manage onboarding/offboarding, administer identity (Rippling/Okta) and MDM, maintain asset inventory, build AI-driven automations (Console.com, Risotto, Unthread), support SOC 2/HIPAA/ISO compliance, write runbooks in Notion, and contribute to the IT roadmap while mentoring the team.

Serve as first-line IT support for hardware, software, networking, and enterprise applications. Triage and resolve support tickets, manage onboarding/offboarding, administer Okta and endpoint management (Intune, Jamf), maintain device health and access controls, collaborate with Security and Engineering, document processes, and improve support workflows to ensure a secure, compliant, and user-friendly hybrid work environment.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex network incidents across routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing. Execute maintenance, migrations, and recovery efforts; lead root cause analysis, incident response, and post-incident reviews. Create/runbooks and mentor support staff while partnering with Engineering, Platform, and NOC to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Manage and optimize SAP landscapes, perform installations, upgrades and cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitor performance, support S/4 HANA and Fiori, handle backup/recovery and DR, document procedures, mentor junior staff, and act as customer technical contact.

Support global infrastructure as an SME across databases, servers, networks, storage, and application platforms. Provide medium-to-high complexity run-the-business support, incident resolution, project resources, requirements gathering, solution implementation, knowledge articles, and mentoring.
