Design electrical and electronic aftermarket components for buses and coaches (EV and ICE). Revise schematics and wiring diagrams, perform electrical testing and troubleshooting, implement ECOs, support product launches, investigate field failures, write installation instructions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Design and implement scalable microservices and backend platforms in Python and Java. Build cloud-native deployments on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes, collaborate on SQL-based data systems and ETL, integrate AI/LLM tooling and MLOps, and drive reliability through CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning.

Monitor and track drivers and shipments from origin to destination, manage scheduling and appointments, resolve carrier issues and delays, communicate status to operations and customers, verify delivery requirements, and use company systems to provide up-to-date shipment information.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable: review/process vendor invoices in NetSuite with PO matching, run ACH/wire/check payments, reconcile credit cards and expense reports, assign cost centers/projects, ensure sales/use tax and 1099 reporting, support month-end close and audits, and resolve vendor billing issues with Supply Chain and Warehouse.

Provide high-level administrative support to an executive: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate across global time zones, handle confidential communications, prepare documents and presentations, organize events, track action items, and support special projects to improve leadership efficiency.

Manage construction projects across the Diocese, including contracts, change orders, pay requests, vendor solicitation, schedule maintenance, meetings and close-outs. Serve as liaison to parishes and schools, update project databases, support risk management and training, and perform occasional weekend work and regional travel.

Embedded on client-facing teams to research labor markets and workforce data. Acquire and clean public and proprietary data, build custom scraping and analytical tools, and apply ML/NLP/LLM techniques to produce talent intelligence and actionable recommendations for clients.

Create banners and A-frames using vinyl lettering and printing equipment, prepare and deliver marketing materials for weekend promotions, maintain brand standards and inventory, coordinate with store managers and the Field Supervisor, organize drive sheets and emergency kits, and support marketing initiatives during weekday shifts.
