As a Business Systems Engineer, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications, support API integrations, and maintain e-commerce and ERP systems.

Lead enterprise architecture for the VA Health Portfolio: develop solution blueprints, conduct workflow and technology assessments, create current and future-state system design artifacts, define interfaces and data exchanges, translate product strategies into implementation requirements, promote DevSecOps practices, update technology roadmaps, and advise stakeholders to optimize IT investments and sustain production systems.

Serve as the primary client contact embedding an AR construction platform on-site. Drive adoption, build trust with field teams and senior stakeholders, surface risks, support retention and expansion, and relay client feedback to Product and Operations.

Create system-driven UX designs in Figma for LMS sites, ensure brand consistency and accessibility (WCAG), map designs to front-end structures (HTML/CSS/SASS/JSON), run usability testing, audit and optimize component libraries, and collaborate with design and development teams to deliver scalable, accessible UI solutions.
