The Director of Compliance - Product will oversee product compliance, managing regulatory requirements, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance integration throughout product development.

Support governance, risk and compliance by collecting and managing audit evidence, document control implementations, update policies, assist vendor risk management, and complete security questionnaires while implementing automation (including AI) to streamline continuous monitoring and evidence collection.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of virtual and in-person customer events, hacking challenges, and community programs for Strategic Accounts. Use AI tools and data-driven metrics to measure outcomes, manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to drive customer engagement and business results.

Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

Manage national and regional accounts for the electrical business unit by developing territory sales strategies, supporting account managers, forecasting, pursuing direct and distribution opportunities, liaising across departments, and reporting results. Drive market share growth, identify new product opportunities, and resolve escalations while monitoring competitor activity.

Manage a portfolio of existing customers to drive retention and product adoption through high-volume outreach (calls, emails, texts), consultative engagement, escalation handling, and piloting tactics to increase value and loyalty.

Own platform partnerships for a portfolio of credit unions, driving product adoption, scalable enablement and onboarding, relationship management, data-informed reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Build playbooks, deliver trainings, manage escalations, and optimize partner workflows to embed Silvur’s retirement platform at scale.

Lead strategic direction and operational execution of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and subcontract administration. Build and scale procurement organization, ensure FAR/DFARS and other government compliance, drive supplier diversification, negotiation of high-value agreements, CPSR readiness, and cross-functional alignment to support DoD aerospace programs.
