Own full-cycle enterprise sales into electric utilities and infrastructure: generate new opportunities, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, convert pilots to enterprise deployments, guide contracting and procurement, represent technical product value, build ROI-driven business cases, and drive multi-year account strategies while partnering cross-functionally to support adoption and expansion.

Build executive relationships, deliver QBRs, forecast renewals in CRM, identify upsell opportunities, partner cross-functionally on onboarding and product feedback, and travel ~25–30% working US Eastern time.

Lead end-to-end commissions operations, design and optimize commission systems and plans, resolve discrepancies, manage commission accounting (reconciliations, accruals, capitalization), support month-end close and audits, improve automation and controls, and partner cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate commission reporting and processes.

Lead new-client implementations of a digital banking SaaS platform, managing program schedules, risks, budgets, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as primary customer contact, track tickets/backlogs, validate configurations, report status to stakeholders, and drive process improvements and team mentoring to ensure successful launches and customer satisfaction.

Qualify and engage inbound product-led leads and run strategic outbound prospecting to Web3-native teams. Book discovery meetings, apply qualification frameworks (BANT/MEDDICC), track signals in CRM, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive product-led expansions and conversions. Share feedback to influence roadmap and meet KPIs for pipeline and conversion.

Lead end-to-end implementations for payer and health system partnerships, driving multi-state launches from planning through post-launch review. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop implementation plans and timelines, manage risks and scope changes, analyze readiness and outcomes, and document scalable processes and playbooks to ensure timely, high-quality go-lives.

Lead administration and operational delivery of global employee benefits programs, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, manage vendors and benefits platforms, oversee renewals and reporting, partner with Payroll/Finance/HR Technology, implement process improvements, and support global benefits cycles and employee communications.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage technical talent across multiple engineering domains; build and maintain candidate pipelines; conduct initial screens and assessments; collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers; maintain ATS data integrity and track sourcing metrics to optimize processes.
