Lead Alteryx's Infrastructure, SRE, Observability, and Performance Engineering teams. Define technical vision and execution for cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), IaC (Terraform), observability (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana), incident management, SLO/SLI/error budget frameworks, and reliability programs. Partner with Security, Compliance, Product, and Customer Operations to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available SaaS services while building and mentoring engineering leaders.

Drive new AWS cloud and infrastructure business by owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, and closing. Build and maintain client and partner relationships, work with technical teams to tailor AWS solutions, maintain a sales pipeline, report forecasts, and stay current on AWS offerings and market trends.

Build and enable resellers/OEMs/integrators, lead sales from discovery to close, maintain post-sale relationships and CRM, collaborate with product/engineering/marketing, and travel regularly (30–50%) to customer and partner sites.

Lead marketing operations for direct marketing campaigns in a regulated environment. Own process design, governance, digital asset management, QA/audit controls, vendor and team management, operational reporting, and identify automation opportunities to improve cycle times and compliance while scaling from direct mail into digital channels.
