Support the Power team with financial modeling, market and competitive analysis, due diligence, and business development. Prepare executive presentations, investment memoranda, and collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate acquisitions, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Serve as commercial finance partner to ATP business leaders; lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, P&L ownership, financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business cases; improve forecasting, drive finance transformation and automation, and influence senior stakeholders to support growth and profitability.

Support accounting and financial operations for renewable energy projects including Solar and RNG. Prepare GL entries, reconciliations, month/quarter/year-end close, financial statements, CAPEX and fixed-asset accounting, track project costs, process journal entries, support AP/AR and cash/treasury, assist audits, budgeting/forecasting, and collaborate across business segments to drive process improvements.

Support Controller and site leadership with financial reporting, variance and margin analysis, inventory controls, standard costing, budgeting/forecasting, dashboards, and ad hoc financial models to improve manufacturing cost management and business decision-making.

Partner with corporate function leaders to build and manage annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts for G&A. Track spend vs. plan, investigate variances, own monthly close and accruals, manage headcount and labor-cost planning, monitor SG&A categories, maintain cost center mappings, drive automation/process improvements, and prepare budget and spend materials for leadership reviews.

Conduct detailed financial and operational audits, prepare workpapers, test SOX controls, summarize findings with management, recommend corrective actions, follow up on implementations, and maintain professional audit and accounting credentials while supporting internal audit initiatives.

Manage project-related billing and accounts receivable, create domestic and international invoices, reconcile cash receipts, resolve billing disputes, prepare billing reports and audit materials, and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and data integrity across billing systems.

Build and publish data-driven research coverage of US IPOs and direct listings (>= $100M). Produce pre-IPO tearsheets, valuation/pricing, Excel models, post-IPO trading summaries and lock-up expiry previews. Provide high-touch pre- and post-deal services, bespoke NDA-driven notes, and direct desk access for institutional clients.

Manage collateral operations including margin calls, dispute resolution, and collateral settlements. Oversee cash management, interact with senior hedge fund personnel, perform trade portfolio and collateral reconciliations, and handle wire and securities settlement processes. Ensure accuracy and escalation handling while supporting internal development initiatives.

Plan and execute SOX 404 and operational/IT audits, evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls, document findings and remediation, prepare workpapers and process documentation, collaborate with process owners and external auditors, and support special compliance and system implementation projects.
