Lead end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) and Record to Report (R2R) finance processes, provide functional ownership of Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud modules, ensure month‑end close integrity, SOX controls, stakeholder engagement, and drive system implementations and continuous improvement for US finance operations.

Lead and supervise business and financial operations including procurement of machinery, materials, and services; review budgets; analyze budgeting and accounting reports; negotiate contracts; and maintain liaison with government agencies and external customers to support organizational operations.

The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for core accounting functions including reconciliations, ledger maintenance, audit support, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Support FP&A head with expense planning, monthly actuals, forecasting, and management reporting. Build financial models, reconcile data across systems, analyze expenses and headcount, and partner with business leaders to identify risks and optimization opportunities.

Lead accounts payable operations by reviewing employee expense reports, managing vendor invoices and payments, liaising with Supply Chain, supporting audits, performing reconciliations and journal entries, delivering financial analysis and reporting, and driving process improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Lead creation and maintenance of balance sheet, cash flow, long-range, and enterprise business-case financial models. Drive strategic financial planning and scenario analysis, prepare presentations for senior leadership and board materials, and perform ad hoc analyses while partnering cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy.
