The BBNA finance team maintains key transactional processes for the company while employing a customer-centric attitude. The Accounting Associate II completes transactional processes for accounting department, resolves any exceptions in processing, prepares reporting for review by management, reconciliations and audit workpapers as assigned.
Key Focus Areas:
- Complete core department activities in Image Now, Oracle and Prolog
- Provide customer support to internal and external customers
- Complete processes associated with core responsibilities
- Completes activities in support of accounting controls for department in assistance of management, to include reporting and reconciliations
- Prepare audit work papers as assigned
- Assist in other projects as assigned
- Create Electronic Documentation of department processes/activities
Education & Experience Qualifications
Required:
- Associates degree in Accounting or 3 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting role in lieu of degree
- 2 years experience working in accounting/finance
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 1 year of experience working in accounting/finance
- Experience with a large ERP system, preferably Oracle
- Experience with paperless software, particularly ImageNow, if applicable
- Experience working in a paperless Accounting environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
