The Director of Corporate Accounting will oversee global accounting teams, manage month-end and quarter-end close processes, enhance internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Support month-end close, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, maintain cash and fixed asset sub-ledgers, analyze financial statements, assess lease accounting, assist SOX and audit preparation, support FP&A and ad hoc accounting tasks, and provide backup to accounting leadership.

Lead GTM FP&A partnering with Marketing and Technical Solutions to drive annual planning, forecasting, and investment recommendations. Build financial models, track GTM efficiency metrics (CAC, payback, ARR ratios), advise business leaders, manage direct reports, and deliver ad hoc analytics to inform strategy and scale growth.

The role involves leading M&A strategy and investor relations, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving deal execution and reporting.
