Support day-to-day accounting for a fast-growing consumer brand: prepare internal financial statements, record journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, assist with year-end close and audits, submit results to parent company systems, and provide ad hoc analyses and accounting support.

Support advisors and clients by designing life insurance solutions, analyzing policies, preparing client materials, and managing policy illustrations and applications. Coordinate projects, maintain carrier product knowledge, ensure compliance, and use AI and insurance software to improve processes and client outcomes.

Record and reconcile cash receipts, perform daily balancing and account reconciliations, generate reports, post journal entries, and provide financial information to leadership while collaborating with the accounting team.

Underwrite new transactions and manage an assigned loan portfolio by analyzing financial statements and sponsor models, preparing investment memorandums, reviewing third-party diligence and legal documents, conducting industry research, monitoring covenants and performance, supporting amendments/waivers, and coordinating deliverables and portfolio reviews.

Own product costing, month-end close components, and COGS/margin reporting. Analyze PPV, overhead absorption, freight, scrap, and SKU variances. Support inventory, CAPEX tracking, vendor costing, new product cost development, budgeting/forecast cycles, and price activations to improve operational finance processes.

Lead the FP&A function, manage a small finance team, and support the CFOO in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Build reports and dashboards, enhance Adaptive Insights usage, ensure compliance for grants and covenants, support month-end close, and provide financial guidance to national and regional leaders and the Board.

Process invoices, enter cost transactions, apply cash receipts, assist with client billing, reconcile accounts, support month-end closings, resolve minor billing discrepancies, and provide occasional front-desk backup.

Manage day-to-day accounting (GL, AR, AP, purchasing, treasury), produce monthly financials, lead budgeting/forecasting, manage cash flow and controls, advise leadership on financial strategy, and lead a small finance team to scale operations.
