Lead plant-level FP&A supporting Beaumont manufacturing operations. Provide financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance and KPI analysis (cost per case, yield, labor, OEE). Partner with operations, supply chain, accounting and leadership to drive EBITDA improvement, cost reduction, and capital project analysis. Maintain financial governance, dashboards, and reporting to support decisions and investor/lender communications.

Manage rent-related accounting for assigned store portfolio including processing AR/AP transactions, reconciling rent statements, preparing/distributing monthly rent reports and invoices, updating accounting records, supporting collections, and coordinating with landlords, franchisees, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

The Sales Supervision Manager oversees advisor interactions, evaluates annuity and insurance activities, and ensures compliance while supporting advisor success through analysis and coaching.

Oversee school financial operations: supervise clerical staff, maintain accounting records, record transactions, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, track fixed assets, provide secretarial support, and ensure confidentiality and policy compliance.

Manage complete billing cycle for telecommunications construction projects: prepare, submit, upload and resubmit invoices with supporting documentation; reconcile production data to contract pricing; coordinate approvals with Construction Managers; maintain invoice trackers, pricing and labor code spreadsheets; resolve billing discrepancies and PO issues; process recurring retainer and warehousing invoices; communicate with clients and cross-functional teams to collect payments and attend billing meetings.

Lead technical tax review and approval for complex returns, serve as subject-matter expert, manage client engagements and tax planning, supervise and develop tax staff, represent clients before taxing authorities, oversee billing/collection, support practice development, research tax software, and work occasional travel and heavy overtime during tax season.

Manage full monthly accounting cycle across multiple entities, maintain QuickBooks books, perform reconciliations and tie-outs, produce financial statements, prepare cash flow analyses and budgets, support multi-state tax filings and 1099 processing, and maintain organized financial and tax records.
