Partner with GTM and Product to align growth and margin while standing up finance operations from scratch.

Part-time consultant supporting corporate and portfolio company finance and operations: build driver-based financial models, produce board/investor reporting, maintain KPI dashboards, perform multi-entity consolidation and reconciliations, query and validate data from systems, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Process and code invoices, resolve vendor AP issues, issue payments, manage expense accruals and month-end close tasks, create and reconcile patient refund checks, support office administrative duties, and collaborate with the finance and RCM teams.

Process customer billing and manage AR/AP using internal systems. Own supply-chain accounting and reporting for inventory and COGS, partner with purchasing, sales, and operations, perform variance analysis, support audits, maintain internal controls, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
