Lead the accounting function including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, AR/AP, ERP ownership, internal controls per GAAP, budgeting variance analysis, and supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate, timely financial information and compliance.

Prepare and reconcile client books, maintain general ledger and subsidiary accounts, perform month/quarter/year-end close activities, prepare financial statements and trial balances, process payroll and invoices, ensure regulatory compliance, support tax return preparation, and advise management on financial matters.

Lead and perform complex audit sections, manage smaller audits end-to-end, provide industry expertise, handle confidential client matters, meet deadlines, and adhere to firm processes while mentoring team members.

Manage and maintain financial models, dashboards, and recurring sales commission calculations. Validate inputs, reconcile commissions, produce management reporting, support forecasting, KPIs, borrowing base submissions, automation, and resolve commission discrepancies.

Process invoices, enter cost transactions, apply cash receipts, assist with client billing, reconcile accounts, support month-end closings, resolve minor billing discrepancies, and provide occasional front-desk backup.

The Controller manages the firm's financial operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards, prepares financial reports, and supports financial decision-making.

The Billing Administrator manages project billing, collaborates with Project Managers, resolves discrepancies, supports month-end close, and maintains project records.

Support the Accounting Manager in corporate controllership: daily accounting operations, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, US GAAP and tax compliance, internal controls and process improvements, audit support, and ad-hoc accounting projects.

Underwrite and analyze commercial and consumer credits by preparing financial spreads and credit presentations, performing cash flow and collateral analysis, reviewing loan documentation, monitoring portfolio compliance, assisting lenders with credit administration, and collaborating across teams to manage risk and provide timely customer service.
