Own and build on-chain credit risk: define underwriting standards, design PD/LGD and stress models, run due diligence, set product guardrails, partner on structuring, monitor portfolios, and embed on-chain risk controls.

Manage day-to-day retail and corporate accounting operations, perform month-end/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, intercompany allocations, support audits, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements using ERP, automation, and AI tools.

Manage daily operations of condo review team and team leads, prioritize pipeline, resolve escalations, mentor staff, ensure SLAs and load balancing, monitor and clear investor findings, develop job aids, conduct monthly internal QC and investor audit reviews, and lead recurring team and manager meetings to review performance, guidelines, and training.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, execute month-end and year-end closings, manage AP/AR, reconciliations and general ledger reviews. Produce KPIs, forecasts and budgets, perform special financial studies, recommend improvements, and coordinate with management on financial planning, compliance, and reporting.

Support day-to-day Business Office operations including billing and collections, accounts payable data entry and accruals, posting payments, preparing deposits, maintaining accurate records, and meeting AR/AP month-end deadlines. May supervise in managers absence.

Review and reconcile consultant payment requests, ensure documentation and compliance, requisition purchase orders, resolve payment and reporting issues, liaise with business owners and consultants, produce transparency reporting, and identify process improvements to support timely payments.

Perform full-cycle accounts payable: process vendor invoices through an ERP, audit employee expense reports for travel policy compliance, resolve invoice and expense discrepancies, assist with vendor payments and weekly check runs, support month-end close and manager coverage, handle vendor/employee inquiries and filing, and complete special projects.

Act as FinanceIT liaison to prioritize and deliver Finance system enhancements and Workday initiatives. Maintain finance technology roadmap, evaluate tools, analyze processes, manage projects and UAT, coordinate releases, drive training and adoption, and support Finance transformation and reporting improvements.

Lead global treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury controls. Manage and develop the Treasury team, optimize cash deployment and banking services, support month-end close and audits, drive process automation and AI-enabled improvements, and partner cross-functionally to support financing, integrations, and strategic financial initiatives.

Performs financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and analysis for county funds and projects. Supports audits and the ACFR, reconciles assets, debt, leases, and oversees MPO financials. Ensures compliance with laws and accounting standards and may report onsite during emergency events.
