Lead design and execution of the company’s property, casualty, and executive risk insurance programs. Manage broker and insurer relationships, renewals, risk retention/transfer strategies, insurance contract review, and insurance documentation. Partner with senior leadership and Treasury to align risk strategies, use data analytics/digital tools to improve risk insights, and build a high-performing risk management team.

Own monthly commission reconciliation, manage AR/AP workflows, process chargebacks and partner payouts, assist month-end close and reporting, document SOPs, and improve finance tooling and automation.

Own and maintain Gong's consolidated OPEX and personnel forecasting models, drive monthly BVA and forecast accuracy, perform scenario and ad hoc financial analysis, support quarterly forecasting and annual planning, prepare OPEX narratives for executive and board reporting, build planning templates in Pigment, and partner with Accounting for month-end close and data integrity.

Partner with department managers to analyze revenue, expenses, and CAPEX; build financial models, forecasts, and budgets; run sensitivity and scenario analyses; create reports and dashboards; track KPIs; support vendor payment strategies and initiate EFTs; and perform ad hoc financial analyses and projects.

Partner with North American revenue teams to provide commercial finance support: review and approve deals, build financial models and business cases, deliver profitability and forecasting analysis, coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations and Legal, and develop reporting tools to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Act as finance business partner to manufacturing leadership: lead long-range and annual planning, forecasting, KPI development, financial analysis, capital budgeting, inventory controls, and reporting. Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, cross-functional investment evaluations, audit support, and supervise finance team members to ensure operational and financial alignment with company strategy.

Lead high-volume accounts payable operations, resolve complex vendor and payment issues, execute payments, reconcile accounts, support month-end close, mentor AP staff, and drive P2P process improvements and automation.

Provide accounting support for multiple divisions including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, financial reporting, SOX compliance, and land bank accounting. Review staff work, prepare variance commentary, support Regional Controller, and drive process improvements.

Lead global accounting operations across multiple entities, ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance, manage close and consolidations, strengthen internal controls and SOX programs, drive ERP implementation and financial systems transformation, partner with tax, FP&A, and auditors, and support M&A accounting and international project controllership.

Part-time accountant responsible for QuickBooks management, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cash management, expense and payroll support, financial reporting, budgeting support, and operational administrative tasks to improve financial visibility and processes.
