Process bi-weekly payroll for a business group, verify hours/wages/deductions, manage leave of absence calculations, handle new hires/terminations/adjustments, reconcile uncashed checks, run ADP/Kronos interfaces and reports, ensure multi-state payroll tax and labor law compliance, and provide backup support.

Manage insurance renewals, multi-line claims (reporting, development, settlements), procure insurance and surety bonds, coordinate service providers, assess reserves, generate loss histories, support risk-reduction policies and audits, and assist the Director of Risk Management on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Manage full-cycle accounting for chemical manufacturing units, produce financial statements, monthly variance analysis and reporting, support forecasting and budgeting, maintain desk procedures, ensure internal controls, support audits, and lead accounting process improvements while coordinating across locations and departments.

Support AP/AR and fixed assets tasks: process invoices and vouchers in ERP, maintain files, assist reconciliations, support audits, scan/file documentation, and perform accounting data entry and reporting.

Maintain accurate financial records by categorizing transactions, managing accounts payable, reconciling bank/merchant/credit card accounts, recording GL activity from CRM, reviewing payroll, preparing financial statements, and communicating financial updates to franchise owners.

Manage daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, maintain general ledger, process invoices and vendor payments, assist payroll, prepare monthly financial reports, support budgeting and year-end tax/CPA needs.

Perform FP&A duties including forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, budgeting, and lender/investor reporting. Build dynamic financial models, analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV), support private equity reporting and ad hoc analysis, improve reporting automation and data integrity, and partner with business leaders to drive decision-making and value-creation. Support implementation and optimization of FP&A and BI tools.
