Process and code vendor invoices, review documentation and approvals, run weekly check runs and AP aging reports, resolve vendor issues, maintain AP files, support month-end close, and assist operations and finance projects as needed.

Conduct state rate filings, integrate actuarial results with AI and visualization tools (PowerBI), support pricing strategy and market intelligence, and communicate insights to senior management and underwriters.

Solicit customers and dealer partners to originate and service indirect auto loans. Underwrite dealer-submitted applications, manage and collect on past-due accounts, prepare loan documentation, support funding, and advise customers on financial matters. Maintain dealer relationships, recommend loan committee items, and ensure lending complies with policy and regulations while representing the bank in the community.

Lead global FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, month-end analysis, and performance reporting. Deliver insights to senior leadership, support planning cycles, consolidate cross-functional data, respond to corporate requests, and drive reporting and process improvements.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance, administer and optimize payroll systems (UKG/ADP), develop reports (Cognos/BI), support system integrations, and serve as SME and backup for time and attendance.

Underwrite and structure complex commercial real estate investments from initial inquiry through closing. Lead financial and market analysis, coordinate due diligence, build and review Excel underwriting models (DCF/IRR/waterfall), present findings to Investment Committee, manage closings, and oversee onboarding with asset management. Supervise and develop direct reports.

Perform high-volume accounts payable duties including three-way matching, invoice parking/posting in SAP/MarkView, supplier statement reconciliations, vendor communications, process improvements, cross-functional issue resolution, training, and SOX/audit support for multiple sites.

Perform compliance monitoring, peer review, aggregate findings, draft and disseminate monitoring reports, research regulatory questions, assist implementation of monitoring programs and rule changes, support exams and audits, and participate in compliance projects.
