Lead and build a best-in-class FP&A function for a high-growth managed services company. Drive budgeting, forecasting, driver-based modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking. Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing on pipeline, pricing, and margin optimization. Improve FP&A systems, automation, and analytics, prepare Board and investor materials, support M&A and due diligence, and scale a high-performing team while partnering with Controllership for accurate reporting.

Prepare complex corporate and high-net-worth individual tax returns, assist the accounting team, support mentoring and promotion paths, and use tax software (CCH ProSystem/Axcess or Lacerte) and MS Office. Role is primarily remote but requires Bay Area candidates able to work on-site as needed.

Support buy- and sell-side diligence engagements by performing financial statement review, quality of earnings and working capital analysis, financial modeling, and report preparation. Lead client deliverables, collaborate with teams and experts, identify purchase price adjustment issues, assist with deal structuring insights, and help grow the practice through pitches and business development.

Provide remote bookkeeping for US clients: maintain financial records, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll processing and tax compliance, prepare monthly financial statements and 1099s, organize tax documentation, and communicate with clients.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cash), oversee month-end and annual close, prepare financial reporting and forecasts, ensure US GAAP and multi-state compliance, coordinate audits, use SAP FI/CO and ERP systems, lead a small finance team, and drive process improvements.

Prepare standard and ad-hoc financial reports and KPIs at practice group, office, and attorney levels; support monthly reporting and review calls; extract and audit financial system data; troubleshoot issues; assist budgeting, lateral hire analysis, financial software maintenance, and bank surveys.

Analyze and reconcile hospital and clinic financial data, maintain Decision Support system data integrity, develop costing models and service lines, produce regular and ad-hoc reports, support leadership with cost-saving recommendations, and administer decision support software and related reconciliations.

Provide administrative support for tax preparation and filing: print, assemble, bind, proof, and e-file returns; manage client tax documentation and SurePrep/Tax Caddy processes; prepare engagement letters and correspondence; coordinate mail/shipments and new client setup; perform other tax administrative duties while ensuring confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Own revenue reporting, analytics, and optimization across sales, renewals, partners, and services. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, improve data quality and definitions, and produce monthly executive/shareholder management packs. Partner cross-functionally to identify revenue leakage, set KPIs, support forecasting, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Lead and manage actuarial support for NRECA's group health and welfare plans, performing pricing, reserving, experience monitoring, risk assessment, reporting, and coordinating internal teams and external actuarial partners. Provide consultative guidance, monitor regulatory and market changes, and advise leadership on plan impacts.
