Partner with the CFO to build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and KPIs; perform scenario and acquisition analyses; create PowerBI dashboards and SQL queries; prepare monthly/quarterly reporting; support capital markets and investor diligence; drive process improvements and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Manage internal controls over financial reporting, SOC 1 audit, month-end close, fair value analyses, and related audits. Ensure accurate, payroll-ready time and pay data for craft and administrative employees by monitoring timesheet submission, reviewing entries for compliance, resolving pay issues, coordinating corrections with Shared Services Payroll, supporting onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks, and partnering with field teams, People Practice, and unions to deliver consistent payroll processing.

Own day-to-day bi-monthly US payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, ensure federal/state/local compliance, manage 401(k) reconciliations and funding, support year-end W-2s and audits, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and drive process improvements while collaborating with HR, Finance, and vendors.
