Lead and scale Player Operations across support, payments, escalations, and retention. Drive cross-functional alignment, implement process improvements and automation, establish governance and performance reporting, and build a high-performing team to deliver scalable, data-driven player experiences.

Provide exceptional customer service while receiving, inspecting, organizing, and merchandising merchandise. Maintain back-of-house and sales-floor organization and safety, execute price changes, pick/pack eCommerce orders, process returns, and support promotional merchandising. Report operational opportunities to the Operations Manager.
