Provides L1/L2 technical support for enterprise applications and systems, serving as the first point of contact for software issues. Responsibilities include ticket and incident resolution, SLA tracking, license provisioning, access control troubleshooting, bug reproduction, user support across multiple locations, and assisting with technical projects. The role requires strong collaboration, independent problem-solving, and familiarity with ITSM tools and enterprise applications in manufacturing or aerospace environments.

The Operations & Technical Experience Specialist will oversee experience production, manage technical systems, and lead event logistics while ensuring operational integrity in various settings.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructures, endpoint and patch management, and identity/access controls. Provide architecture for Group Policy, SCCM/JAMF/Intune, cross-platform endpoint management, automation scripting, and compliance with NIST/CMMC. Support end users, coordinate patching, and ensure reliable IT operations for site mission systems.

Provide high-trust administrative support to multiple senior leaders, managing calendars, travel, communications, meetings, expenses, event planning, cross-functional coordination, and confidential matters while enabling executive effectiveness and team engagement at the Long Beach HQ.

Provide functional support and process analysis for engineering and manufacturing systems. Act as liaison between TPMs, IT, vendors, and end users; gather requirements, map cross-system data/integrations, perform triage, support configuration reviews, create documentation and training, and assist post-go-live stabilization.
