Handle fraud and claims inquiries by authenticating customers, researching and decisioning multiple claim types using internal systems, de-escalating sensitive situations, escalating when needed, and suggesting process improvements to reduce risk and improve customer experience.

Handle incoming claims calls, capture customer claim details, research and update claim status, identify improvements to customer experience, perform routine customer support tasks, and escalate issues to leads.
