Perform compliance, supervision and control reviews for Insurance/Private Client Groups; design risk processes, provide project management support, identify and resolve issues, conduct regulatory and operational reviews, and collaborate with financial advisors and branch management to ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Support trade services by processing and amending letters of credit, issuing and advising collections, and handling complex documentation. Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues, retain clients, identify growth referrals, and follow trade services policies and procedures.

Review and validate commercial property and liability insurance documents against loan and regulatory requirements, identify and escalate coverage gaps, support loan servicing operations, mentor junior staff, coordinate with borrowers/brokers, analyze compliance trends, and recommend process improvements.

Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations, handling account openings, service requests, cash transactions, and credit applications. Build customer relationships through proactive conversations, identify referral opportunities, use digital tools to assist customers, and maintain compliance with risk controls while collaborating with branch teammates.

Support post-event financial reconciliation and closeout for Meetings & Events: validate invoices and event spend, maintain event records, resolve discrepancies with planners, meet SLAs, perform quality reviews, and support process improvements and operational controls.

Provide support for a small portfolio of customers, maintain accounts with business client managers, oversee customer experience, produce loan reports, assist with non-complex financial statement analysis, evaluate portfolio profitability and risk, handle customer issues, and collaborate with colleagues while following policies and compliance requirements.
