Build and execute an AI-driven automation roadmap, coach AI fluency, run performance calibration and development, and drive organizational change to improve accuracy, timeliness, and team capability.

As a Group Fulfillment Specialist, you'll manage health insurance enrollment, liaise with carriers, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with teams to meet customer needs timely and effectively.

Partner with 2-3 R&D leaders to manage calendars, meetings, travel, events, and cross-functional projects. Drive coordination, capture action items, apply AI for research and programs, and build relationship and culture across the organization.

Own inbound customer inquiries via phone (with email/chat flexibility), research complex benefits questions, collaborate cross-functionally to influence product, meet quality/productivity standards, and support peak-season overtime and blackout PTO periods.
