Owns end-to-end service delivery for global operations activities across assigned markets. Leads process standardization, optimization, automation, documentation, service transitions, knowledge transfer, vendor coordination, KPI monitoring, capacity planning, and issue resolution. Partners with stakeholders across geographies to ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable delivery of data and transactional services supporting commercial and marketing operations.

Lead medical scientific connect with stakeholders, execute medical plans, provide scientific expertise, analyze unmet medical needs, ensure compliance, and foster long-term relationships in dermatology.

Provide administrative support to managers and the team: arrange internal and external logistics, manage documentation and files, take meeting minutes and follow up, assist with budget control, implement company policies, and support/supervise assigned team activities and projects.

Provide high-level administrative support to business leaders: manage records, emails, scheduling, meeting agendas/minutes, logistics and vendors, handle purchase orders via Ariba, implement process improvements, ensure confidentiality and quality, lead projects and mentor team members, and act as primary administrative contact to ensure smooth operations.

Manage factory administrative logistics, office operations, licenses, supplies, vehicle scheduling, health and staff facilities. Lead public affairs and government relations, coordinate external events, support audits and cross-department communication to ensure smooth site operations.
